Yes! Lets clean up the CRAP in Noosa River.
Starting with GARY JAMES.
This Man, Gary James, has made several false remarks / posts on Facebook about my brand new slide boat with toilets onboard, dumping sewerage into the Noosa River.
Which is false and misleading you away from the true culprit. I have the most environmental freindly boats on the Noosa River, as inspected by Noosa MSQ Office and AMSA with this allegation.
"Its impossible for sewerage to exit my tanks without being attached to the extraction pump at the Noosa Marina, that I have paid for personally".
Please take a good look at this pictue of Gary James - houseboat, Gary lives on this boat and like this. This is the man you are listening to, and its beacuse of Gary James and his boat, that is why MSQ are pushing to have these derelict boats removed from the Noosa River.
Council have been notified of this incident. Noosa MSQ has been able to clear Luxury Boat Hire Noosa for any sewerage allegations that have been made by Gary James the lier.
Gary please provide the receipts/ documentation for us all to see that you have used the pump out facilitiy to extract your 400ltrs of sewerage at the Noosa Marina, I dont believe you can becuase you have just dumped all of this in the river and I have never seen you over at the Marina utlitsing the pump out.
Further looking on the video, the excrement is far greater than what my completely sealed 40ltr tanks can hold. Its more like 400 litres. Interesting observation is the bilge pump was on, on your video and the sewerage was flowing out the rear with the tide from your boat whilst your trying to blame inncocent people.
You need to give me a formally apology for the false allegations, and you should apologies to the Noosa Community for lying to them.
Finally, if I do not get my apology and have all false and mislading posts removed within the next 5 business days, my solicitor will be in contact with you and I shall be sueing you for defamation. This would probably be the better outcome as I will end up taking possession of your house boat. Doing Noosa a favor taking your houseboat to the tip where it belongs.
