Piling’s done at Culcairn! ☀️🏗️

The crew has finished the entire piling scope at the Culcairn Solar Farm, on schedule and with all the quality checks and ITCs completed.

Two Vermeer PD10 rigs did the heavy lifting, but it’s the team on site who made it happen. Thanks to everyone out there. Next up: mechanical installation. 💪

🎉🌊 We're Officially Open! 🌊🎉

Yesterday, TOBCO was proud to celebrate the official opening of the new 750 metre shared path connecting Newport Beach and The Serpentine at Bilgola Beach.

Delivered this project in partnership with Northern Beaches Council and the NSW Government, creating a safer and more accessible route away from Barrenjoey Road traffic. It's a fantastic addition that builds on the existing coastal walk and complements the recent Bicentennial Path upgrades. A huge thank you to everyone who joined us to cut the ribbon yesterday and contributed to making this vision a reality.

Another milestone achieved at our Culcairn Solar Farm Project!

On Friday 25 September, our piling team set a new project record, installing 216 piles in a single day.

All 216 piles were inspected and verified by our QA team, confirming they met the required quality standards.

Congratulations to the entire team, who achieved this despite challenging site and ground conditions. A fantastic effort from everyone involved!

⚡ Powering Up Education in Gosford! ⚡

The crew is on the ground in Gosford, upgrading the electrical infrastructure for a local school. We’re putting in a new 400-amp power supply and installing a custom main switchboard to keep the facility powered for years to come.

Great work by the team managing civil, traffic, and electrical setups seamlessly! 🚧

🚧 PROJECT AWARD | MONA VALE BUS DEPOT 🚧

TOBCO is proud to announce that we have been awarded both the civil and electrical works packages for the electrification of Mona Vale Bus Depot by Downer.

This award follows our successful delivery of the Brookvale Bus Depot electrification project, where TOBCO was Downer’s delivery partner responsible for both the civil and electrical works.

Now Australia’s largest active electric bus depot, Brookvale was a significant milestone in the transition of the Northern Beaches bus network to zero-emission transport. We’re pleased to continue that journey with Downer as the program progresses to Mona Vale.

Our team looks forward to bringing the same focus on safety, quality and collaboration to the Mona Vale project.
