About the role
This role reports to the Manager, Training and Professional Development, and provides administration and effective student support services to ITALC students and members, and is on a casual (relief) basis.
The role involves providing information to prospective students, assisting with enrolments, and answering inquiries via phone/email.
Most importantly ensuring that excellent customer service and quality standards are provided to key stakeholders. You will also maintain student records in ITALC's Student Information Management System Wisenet.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role you will need:
• At least 2 years of administrative and/or operational experience.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all administrative activities.
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team to maintain an exceptional level of member service.
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of multi-cultural awareness and ability to operate successfully in a cross-cultural environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and a high level of computer literacy is important
• Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship required.
• RTO experience regarded but not essential
