White Cane Mingle Anniversary Adventure

Join Cocky Guides and friends for a very special day out celebrating International White Cane Day and the first anniversary of White Cane Mingle — our social and community collaboration with Moorebank Sports Club.

We have just 10 places available for this free adventure, starting at Central Station at 9:15 am.

We’ll travel together to North Sydney to meet the team from Sydney by Kayak Eco Hub. Over morning tea, we’ll hear about their work caring for Sydney Harbour, discover some of their environmental projects and learn how we can return for a future sunrise kayaking adventure.

It’s a relaxed opportunity to meet the Sydney by Kayak team, experience their Eco Hub and start planning another Cocky Guides adventure on the harbour!

Afterwards, we’ll travel together by train to Holsworthy, where the Moorebank Sports Club courtesy bus will be waiting to take us to the club for lunch

After lunch and some time together celebrating one year of White Cane Mingle, we’ll head back to Central Station, arriving around 4:45 pm.

There is no cost to join us, and morning tea and lunch are included, but with only 10 places available, bookings are essential.

Come along, meet some new people, catch up with friends and help us celebrate a fantastic first year of White Cane Mingle!

Ever wondered what it's like to walk alongside the biggest lizard in the world? Or feel the rumble of a Harley-Davidson as you take off down the road?

This summer, Cocky Guides is heading up the coast for a two-day adventure. We'll start at the Australian Reptile Park for the Komodo Dragon Walk and a live venom milking demonstration. Then we'll spend a relaxed night at Encore by Mingara before rolling into Port Stephens.

There, our friends from the American Motorcycle Club Australia are waiting with Harley and trike rides, jet skis, a barbecue lunch, and a visit from a certain jolly man in a red suit.

Small group, van travel from Central Station, and dog guides welcome.
