This page was set up on Christmas day 2012 after I had to explain to my four year old daughter that Santa hadn't delivered her trampoline for Xmas. For weeks before Christmas we'd been stuffed around, lied to, misled and deceived by Allied Express Couriers in Sydney. Right around Australia other people had been misled by Allied Express. Hundreds of Australian kids had Christmas ruined by Allied Ex

press. There are literally hundreds of online complaints on horror stories that mirror mine, describing how this company deceives and lies to people right around our country. There appears to be systematic lying and deception being carried out on a grand scale by Allied Express's staff and subcontractors. The CEO Colin McDowell and The Managing Director Michelle McDowell don't care, in fact The Courier Mail Newspaper reports that Mr McDowell's phone goes straight to voice-mail with a message that he won't return calls. Allied Express's own website has the contact function disabled so that you can't complain by email. I won't stand for this.
