We are thrilled to announce that one of our films, Scrum, will be screening in Melbourne today at a special event called “Pride in Victorian Sport.” This screening is an important opportunity for Scrum to reach sporting organisations and national codes who can really make a difference on the issue of homophobia in sport. Hosted by the Victorian government, the event will address how sporting organisations can create an inclusive sporting culture. There will also be a panel discussion about the important role sport can play in changing cultures and creating equality in our society. The event is being supported by Pride in Sport Australia and Vicsport in collaboration with the Scrum film team. We can’t wait!

Presented by Rowena Allen, Victoria's Gender and Sexuality Commissioner, this special event will address how the Victorian Government values and celebrates diversity, and how sporting organisations across the state can create an inclusive sporting culture.

“We have several projects coming down the pipeline where we expect to bring a global audience to films that might otherwise never make it beyond a few festival screenings.
