💙Heart opening is not just an emotional concept.
It is a physiological event.

The body changes shape when the heart truly begins to trust life again.

The chest rises.
The breath deepens.
The spine reorganizes itself around openness instead of protection.

And when energy is finally allowed to move freely, it moves the way nature moves…
in waves.

The pelvis, the heart, and the head begin communicating again instead of operating in fragmentation.

This is what coherence looks like when it’s renegotiating itself in the body.

So much of healing is not about becoming something new.

It is about remembering the intelligence that was already there beneath the armor.

The body already knows how to return to wholeness when it feels safe enough to soften.

Not calm.
Not pretty.

The body shaking.
The nervous system completing what it couldn’t before.

Trauma isn’t just a memory.
It’s a loop in the body.

And when it finally releases…
it can look like this.

Science calls it discharge.
Shamanic traditions call it the soul remembering itself.

Same truth.

Not everything you carry is yours.
Some of it is ancestral.
Some of it is survival.

And when the body feels safe enough…
it lets go.

Energy vampires are either consciously or unconsciously draining you because they’re disconnected from their own source.

From a shamanic lens, an “energy vampire” isn’t a villain.
It’s someone stuck in a loop of suffering, reaching outward to regulate themselves.

And here’s the deeper truth…
they can only take what you’re still offering through attention, guilt, over-giving, and the need to fix.

This is where upeksha, the yogic principle of equanimity comes in.
The art of staying present… without getting pulled in.

You don’t need to shut down.
You don’t need to cut people off.

You simply stop abandoning yourself in the interaction.

When you feel the hook, pause.
Stay in your body.
Let them have their experience without making it yours.

You’re still there.
Still open.
But no longer entangled.

Your spine remembers everything you’ve been through.

Not just physically…
but emotionally, energetically, even subconsciously.
