Be Early: Public wharfs have a strict 5-minute loading limit. Please arrive 15–20 minutes prior to your departure time so your group is ready when the boat pulls up!

Parking: Rose Bay can get busy on weekends, so give yourself plenty of time to find a park.

For the safety, comfort, and well-being of every passenger and crew member, the Skipper’s instructions and advice must be followed at all times. This applies from the moment you step onto the deck, throughout the charter, and until you disembark back at the wharf.

📋 Key Areas of the Skipper's Authority Include (but are not limited to):

🛑 The Safety Briefing: Crucial information regarding your deep-sea fishing or harbor cruise experience before we leave the wharf.

🎣 Gear & Equipment: Instructions on the correct, safe handling and usage of all rods, reels, bait, and tackle provided by us.

⛈️ Emergency Situations: Decisive directions in the event of personal injury, medical situations, unpredicted weather changes, or vessel malfunctions.

⚠️ Please Note: Non-adherence to the Skipper’s instructions is taken very seriously. Failure to comply may result in the immediate removal of the non-compliant patron or group, and the termination of the charter with no refund provided.

The open ocean is a different beast! Weather offshore is almost always cooler and windier compared to the calm waters inside the harbor. To stay comfortable and safe, please follow these guidelines:

👟 Footwear Policy: Comfortable covered shoes must be worn at all times on deck. (Strictly no high heels or thongs/flip-flops allowed, as decks can get slippery!)
