We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and adaptable Customer Service / Receptionist to be the face of our busy transport depot. If you have a positive attitude and love working with people, this is the perfect role for you.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a key role in ensuring their experience is smooth and professional. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers at the front desk
- Fetching and handing over parcels and consignments
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Tracking and updating customers on their deliveries
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Liaising with drivers, warehouse staff and other team members to resolve issues efficiently
-Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in reception or a customer-facing role is essential
- A positive and professional attitude with a strong customer service focus
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
