The last 2 weeks have delivered a bit for us.
Anzac weekend was spent locally.
It was also a birthday weekend for Lofty that included family time.
Last weekend was a trip to one of our happy places Mt Hotham. Bring on snow season.

We also remembered and celebrated the life of our friend Megan Mclean, RIP.

Travelling the world and taking in war history shows the destruction and devastation that war has bought upon our world.
For us ANZAC day meant so much. Now after visiting places like the WW1 front line in Belgium and France, Normandy beach in France, Long Tan in Vietnam, and the bridge over the River Kwai it now means so much more. Today is ANZAC day pause for a moment and cherish our peace and freedom.

What a great weekend it was with this group of crazy kids.
It was mini moto #15, it’s hard to believe we have been doing this for 9 years. 13 bikes this time around.
We were staying in Warburton at The Canvas Barn B&B (wow what a place).
We rode over the Reefton Spur to Marysville for lunch at The Duck Inn, Marysville Pub and of course did the mandatory run up to Lake Mountain ski resort on the way back. Everyone completed the ride in one piece and rubber side down.

The poor guys on Harleys when we came across on the Spur with 13 bikes under 200cc buzzing past them.

Thanks must go to our mate Chris for once again organising the gang as well as Baz and Christine for hosting us at the Canvas Barn.

PS if you’re after a getaway we can recommend The Canvas B&B in Warburton.

What a great weekend it was with this group of crazy kids.
It was mini moto #15, it’s hard to believe we have been doing this for 9 years. 13 bikes this time around.
