We are looking for an Experienced Truck and Dog Tip Truck Driver 40 - 50 hrs per week @$40 per hour + Super with the option to work Saturday's when required. We are Sunshine Coast based but our contracts are between Noosa to North Brisbane. Fantastic opportunity to work for a Small Family Owned and Operated Business. Our trucks are our pride and joy and are maintained to the highest standards on a regular basis.

You Must Have/Requirements

> Unrestricted heavy combination licence
> Be available to work 5 days per week
> Great communication skills
> Knowledge of truck driving rules/regulations

With two of our long term drivers leaving to go travelling for the rest of the year, we have had two truck and dog driver positions become available. To fill one of these positions you will need,
A current white or blue card.
A HC or MC license.
Experience and knowledge of the local area between north Brisbane to Gympie.
Quarry experience would be good but not necessary.

$36.00 per hour for the first 38 hours.
$44.00 per hour from 38 to 50 hours.
$50.00 per hour for any hours over 50.
Saturday work is optional and pays $44.54 per hour.

A modern and well maintained fleet and the trucks are washed for you but you will be expected to keep the cabin interior neat and tidy.

The Neil Mansell Group is a diversified group of companies who specialise in heavy transport, concrete batching plants, engineering, steel fabrication, panel and paint, metal supplies, welding, crane hire, aircraft operations, mining and quarrying and landscaping.

We are currently seeking a Workplace Health and Safety Advisor for our Maroochydore office to drive good safety outcomes and support a positive safety culture throughout our group. This position reports to the Corporate Director - HSE and is primarily accountable for ensuring safe work practices and systems are adopted throughout the Mansell Bulk Haulage, Neil Mansell Concrete, and Parklands Blue Metal. The position encompasses reporting incidents and undertaking investigations, processing and analysis of HSE statistics, reviewing HSE documentation such as tool box meetings, facilitating induction processes, preparing and participating in audits, reviewing policies and procedures and recording of training documentation.

It would also be advantageous for applicants to have the ability to facilitate Verification of Competency processes and general driver training to Heavy Vehicle Operators within national operations.
Ideally, successful applicants will have the following:

Essential

• Minimum Certificate 4 in Workplace Health and Safety
• Prior experience in transport and workplace health and safety
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels from management to field personnel
• Intermediate Computer skills

Desirable

• Formal qualifications in training and assessing ideally as a Driver Trainer Queensland Transport Department certification
• Comprehensive knowledge of transport legislation including Chain of Responsibility and NHVR requirements
• Current MC class drivers licence

This role is based in Maroochydore however involves some travel and requires time away from home.
