🏔️ The end of a Snowy Mountains chapter for one of our Coaches 🚌❄️

Today marks a pretty special milestone for one of our coaches, as it makes its final passenger journey to the Snowy Mountains and into Perisher Village.

The coach turns 30 next April and will retire at that time. This is due to Queensland regulations surrounding the age of vehicles used for passenger services.

Over the past 26 years of Crisp ownership, it has become a familiar sight on our Snowy Mountains trips, safely carrying thousands of passengers, students, teachers and school groups to and from the snow.

It has travelled countless kilometres through Jindabyne, Kosciuszko National Park and into Perisher Village — often through snow, ice, wind and some pretty challenging mountain conditions.

For thousands of students over the years, climbing aboard this coach was the beginning of their school snow trip and, for many, their very first experience of seeing the snow.

After 26 years with us and almost 30 years on the road, today will be its last trip into Perisher Village with passengers aboard.

There are a lot of kilometres, people and memories tied up in those 26 years, so it’s certainly a little bittersweet to see this chapter come to an end.

30 years on the road. 26 years with us. Thousands of passengers to the snowy mountains. And one final run into Perisher. 🚌❄️🏔️
