Another load delivered to Mansfield today to the VFF hay depot. The locals are very intrigued with the concept of the walking floor. Lucky Colleen Baynes has the unloading down to a fine art as she had quite an audience watching them be unloaded.

The boss even let the office girl work mobile so it was the Skybow Girls on parade for the trip today.

A lovely day in the high country. Very hard to believe the devastation the lies just over the hill.

Each August for the past 4 years we have introduced a new truck to the Fleet here at Skybow Bulk Haulage.

August 2025s addition looks a little different. But, then again if you know our drivers you would know that we try and fit them to trucks that suit.

Colleen Baynes has been one of our valued staff members for a few years now and unlike some of the others she isn't worried about the size or brand of her truck. In fact she loved her old 104 so much we have had to promise to keep it as her back up truck.

However, knowing the job Colleen does it was agreed she needed an upgrade with some new mod cons. Its only been a few days and we dont think she has been won over quite yet but we are sure that the next frosty morning those heated seats will have her forgetting all about her old girl once and for all.

Farewell to the 104 and welcome to the first Volvo to join Skybow. Who knows what the next truck will be.....electric????

Recently we had the pleasure of doing our bit for a farmer who had been ravished by the recent fires in the Grampians.

Working with Ridleys we delivered a load of their hay blend bales to some stock who had lost all their feed to the fire.

The farmer was very grateful for our assistance and later sent us a photo of the stock loving the feed.
