Thursday week, dry lightning hit the neighbouring property, starting a fire, heading towards mum and dad's house. Rural fire, QFES, volunteers, and by-standards stepped in and managed to contain the fire on the neighbouring property. A massive thanks to everyone that helped mum and dad and to those that worked quickly to stop the fire from spreading next door..

Since Tuesday this week, Justin has been busy carting water to the Aerodrome. Ensuring these angels of the sky, had water to help fight the fires. Today our middle man got to go along for the drive in the truck. And he was lucky enough to get a tour of "Fire Boss". Again a massive Thank you to everyone who has one way or another helped with fighting these fires. Whether on the front line, assisting the evacuated, providing food or any other service. Together, we make our community stronger.
