We design and manufacture hovercrafts capable of supporting low to high payloads for a variety of applications that range from recreational use to military functions. We are continually evolving and incorporating new technical assistance into the production of our hovercrafts. The majority of our pattern making is done in CAD and then cut with a 2D cutting laser and a 5 axis routing system to ensu

re accuracy. FRP or GRP stands for Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic. One of our team has been in the fan design industry for 15 years. We have developed our own programs that enable us to design hovercrafts of almost any size. This freedom gives us the ability to design and develop solutions for a wide range of customer requirements. All members of our team are skilled and qualified to work in their area of expertise. Apart from Hovercraft manufacture we also have expertise in boat repairs, pattern making, fiberglass fabrication, automotive components as well as some aircraft components. This craft is designed as a fast commuter vehicle. It is lightweight and compact and offers fast transport over a wide range of terrain. The European body style caters to the inclusion of headlights that allow the craft to be used at night. A single engine powers it. The power plant is the latest Yamaha 4 Cylinder 4-stroke engine from the snowmobile family. The 1160 mm axial ducted fan provides lift as well as the thrust for this craft. The seating arrangement is inline down the center of the craft. The skirting system is a multi-segmented skirt. The cushion height is approximately 280 to 300 mm. The fuel capacity can be varied to suit specific applications, but the nominal fuel capacity is 25 liters. The cruising speed of this craft is 40 to 60 kph.
