Airspeed Aviation is a Regionally based Charter operator with a Flight School serving the communities in which we are based. You will join a tight-knit team of 10 operating 7 Multi-engine aircraft at 4 bases transporting up to 180 people per week safely and reliably.
Our pilots are supported by the Operations management team to achieve the best possible client outcomes every day.
You will be mentored by the HOFO to build your skills and judgement for not only this role but for the next role in your career plan.

Airspeed Aviation is a safety leader, the first GA operator to join the Flight Safety Foundation BARS program and continuously registered with Flight Safety Foundation since 2012.
The Role: Part Time or Casual Charter Pilot (50-60% load) operating Baron 58 and (soon) PA31 Chieftain throughout QLD on long-standing charter contracts with established clients; Ad Hoc charter availability permitting; developing customers and markets using your customer service and marketing skills.
The ideal candidate will have:
· 800+ Hours with 100+ Multi
· A sense of adventure
Instructor Rating a bonus
Mandatory criteria:
· Australian Citizen or Current right to work in Australia
· Current Australian CPL, Instrument Rating, and Class 1 Medical;
· More than 800 Hours TT
· Demonstrated Hospitality and Customer Service Skills
· Positivity, Energy, and a love of GA and the Aviation Industry.
This role is a Part time Rockhampton-based position with frequent overnight travel in QLD and Interstate. Accommodation support provided while you get yourself established in your new base.
