The Role
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our customers, drivers, and visitors. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly and presenting a professional image of our business.
Key Responsibilities
Answering and directing phone calls promptly and professionally
Greeting visitors, customers, and drivers at the front desk
Managing bookings, consignments, and general enquiries
Data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with operations staff, drivers, and customers
Handling general administrative tasks and office support
About You
Previous experience in a receptionist or administration role (freight or logistics experience is an advantage, but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
Confident using computers and office software
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
