At Easy Choice Removals, Tammy is proactive from the very first enquiry to ensure your settlement move runs as smoothly as possible, whether your move is local or interstate.

Detailed information is essential so we can properly plan your move and help avoid unnecessary delays on settlement day.

📦 Cubic Meterage
We ensure Rhys either completes a walk-through of your home to establish the cubic metreage required, or we ask customers to complete our easy room-by-room template via our website.

The cubic metreage to be moved is also carefully taken into account when scheduling your commencement time to ensure we allow enough time for loading, travel and access requirements on settlement day.

🚪 Access Restrictions
Settlement moves often involve apartment complexes, lifts, loading zones, steep driveways or limited truck access. By gathering these details early, we can properly plan staffing, truck allocation and timing to avoid delays and unnecessary stress.

🕒 Settlement Time
We also ask customers to confirm settlement times with their Solicitor so we can work backwards and schedule the ideal commencement time for the move. We don’t want removalists arriving too early and sitting idle at your new home waiting for settlement to go through — costing you unnecessary money.

Last Friday we successfully completed 2 settlement moves, requiring:
