DEPOSIT, CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure your date availability. We recommend choosing carefully as we are unable to refund for change of mind. A 50% non-refundable deposit ( or mutual agreed amount) is required to secure your booking date and to proceed with your orde
r. This secures our time dedicated to your specialty order and priority is given to existing orders. In the event of an order cancellation the deposit will be forfeited or consider mutual agreement depending on the circumstance. In the event of a change in date or change in circumstance, the outstanding amount must be paid in full and we will accommodate a change in date or issue a credit, if changed prior to 7 days of the original pick up date (subject to availability). The balance is due 3 days prior to the collection/delivery date. DESIGN & FLAVOURS
Our cakes are all handmade and made to order. Minor variations to colour, flowers and designs can occur, we will always do our best to accommodate your specific requests if you have made any. If you have not mentioned any specific requirements, we will proceed with the design according to our sketch or agreed design. We have many flavours available to choose from. The cake texture and flavours always depend on individual preferences and palates, which may not be your individual taste. We have samples available for you to try before you purchase your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we do not accept any liability for refund or changing the texture of flavours depending on your personal preference. If there are any concerns over the design of the cake or any discrepancies, please advice at the time of collection or delivery. We will not be liable for any changes afterwards. For any concerns with regards to texture and taste of the cake, we will need notification as soon as possible (at least within 24 hours) and return of 80% of the product for full refund. PRICING
Our cakes are made from scratch and in small batches. We use fresh, high quality ingredients and source Australian made and produced ingredients where possible. We use premium brand edible mediums and materials (fondant icing, wafer paper, etc.) from registered retailers when necessary. Pricing is based on our specialty cake services, the dedicated time to create your custom cake, along with the use of high quality ingredients. COLLECTION, TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Please ensure the person collecting or receiving the order is aware of the order details. Any discrepancies must be notified at time of collection. Care advice will be given on the collection of your cake. Cakes are best transported in a cool car and secured in a safe, flat location to prevent damage whilst moving. Once collection of the cake or product has been made/delivered we are not liable for any damage due to transportation, storage or uncontrollable weather conditions. However, we will always do our best to fix any issues for you, within reason and time frame. ACCIDENTS AND EMERGENCIES
In the extremely unlikely event that an accident or emergency occurs, we will do everything in our power and time frame to rectify the situation. If we are at fault for the damage, you will be refunded proportionally. We are not liable for any additional compensation. PHOTO USAGE
We reserve the right to use any photo(s) that we have taken of our creation(s), even if the client has had input to the design. CONSENT
