FLEET & YARD MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We're looking for a skilled Fleet & Yard Maintenance Supervisor to join our team focused on service excellence, safety leadership, reliability standards and cutting-edge technology implementation.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
A normal day in the role will include, the following tasks, with other duties performed as required:
• Servicing & maintaining our fleet, which includes trucks, trailers, utes, tractors & harvesters,
• Supervising the workshop operations & maintaining service records,
• Managing parts inventory & coordinating with suppliers,
• Oversize escorting & performing fuel deliveries,
• Welding, fabrication & general repairs,
• Liaising with contractors on major projects, and
• Keeping our yard & facilities in top condition.
Selection Criteria:
To be considered for the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate you have:
• A trade qualification relevant to the role or equivalent experience in mechanical/agricultural maintenance (essential)
• Welding and fabrication skills with proven experience
• A current driver's license suitable for oversize escorting duties
• Reliable, organised and able to work autonomously while maintaining safety standards
• Team player with practical problem-solving skills who values quality workmanship and established procedures
