Michaels Chauffeur Services is currently looking for a Part Time Administration Assistant. This is a work from home position for about 15 hours per week at $30 /hour + Superannuation.
Responsibilities include: Bookings, enquiry response and quoting. Administration of dispatch software. Billings and receipt reconciling. Customer communications.
This job is ideal for someone with previous administration experience, an eye for detail and exceptional customer service skills. Work scheduling during office hours to suit your requirements with extension into weekends or early evenings is available.

Tasks include Website administration. Social media management. Brand presentation. Advertising administration. Newsletter production and distribution through mailchimp. Direct marketing to account clients.
This is a fairly junior role perfect for a marketing student or recent graduate that wants to learn all the facets of small business marketing. The work would be for about 10 hours per week on an ongoing basis and pays $25/hour + super.
