More information to follow with some dyno graphs but we have completed our real world testing on the kit on the NL Pajero 6G75.

We fitted our billet drive pulley which was increased in size (Next batch will be increased slightly further) but boost was increased from 2.8 to 6.5 psi boost.

The vehicle has responded very nicely producing 290hp on 95 ron fuel (More tweaking will lift this to an easy 295/300hp) running 55 degree intake temps on a 33 degree hot humid day. Coolant temps running consistent 96 degree temps.

We will have some video's and dyno printouts next week for everyone. These kits are now fully available for all early model NL Pajero's, PA Challengers and MK Tritons with any of the 3.0 / 3.5 / 3.8 engines. All on the stock ECU.

More Parts arriving - our first working sample from our manufacturer of the water to air intercooler core unit. Very happy with the quality and this will be installed and tested on our next test car - a NL Pajero which already has a 3.8 motor swap. As can be seen it is quite a large unit which is far larger than what is required for the boost levels we are running.

Another billet item completed. The main drive pulley for the early (Up to 99 model) Pajero / Challenger / Triton for our supercharger kit. We increased the diameter to give a better drive ratio to the supercharger drive pulley for increased boost options for future engines (With forged internals).

Some of the new billet parts that are being shipped to us - this is the supercharger snout.

The new billet drive pulley which goes onto the water pump is also due out next year in a larger diameter to give us more options with boost levels and pulley sizes.

Supercharger Trial Feedback from a Long trip from our test car. All good news along with our revised belt tensioner (Simpler setup).

We are waiting on our new billet nose pieces and larger drive pulley to come so we can increase the boost levels and retain a larger nose pulley for maximun belt contact to reduce chances of slippage. This vehicle is currently running around 5 psi boost on a 6g75 motor with a very conservative tune.

Drove down to Margaret River last week towing 2300kg without any issues.
Temperature all good.
Big difference towing now. Hardly got out of 5th gear. 😃
100km/hr gives about 2600-2700rpm, just below the Max torque.

Mileage, 20.5l/100km towing.
Combined towing 300km and unhitched 280km gave an average 17.5l/100km.
Good figures

Round trip of 900km and no change in belt stretch 😃

Phase 2 of our Kits are ready to proceed.

We are building 3 more kits which we are offering for sale, but only to those with workshop facilities to enable low level machining if required.

We would prefer this to be for earlier model 6G74 model vehicles with cable throttle, although depending upon skill sets, later model DBW models can be considered interstate.

Perth Customers with 6g74/6G75 DBW models will definitely be something we would like to work with.

This final stage of testing will allow us to finalise the kits prior to full scale production. They can be provided as an inter-cooled or non inter-cooled depending upon customers requirements.

Pricing will start from $6500+ for non inter-cooled kits, subject to the intended model vehicle. Tuning is separate and something we would be involved in to provide support services and advice.

This is for serious buyers only and do so on the understanding it is not yet a 100% direct fit kit and will require some adaptations to possibly be made.

The owner will take it away on Friday to do some real world testing and then bring it back for the completion. Enjoy the less than professional video.as its only currently producing 2 psi and dropping down to 0.5 psi.

But so far even with this, the car has gained 25hp and around 30 ft/pd torque over its stock iteration. Intake temperatures remaining a sold 38 degrees which is mostly ambient temperature from the alloy casing. This was all done with a restrictive snorkel on so I imagine the boost drop would be less if we had a more open airbox. Something I will test out when we get the new pulleys.

Once the new pulleys arrive we will bump boost up to around 7 psi and really see what it can do. The stock OEM computer handled everything really nicely and the car starts and runs like a dream.

We will now begin production of units with hopefully five kits available within the next 8 weeks. We will then finalise some pricing as well. Exciting times ahead.

Sorry for the very long delay in updating but as they say, when you R&D you gotta get everything wrong before it becomes right. Had to redesign several items with future kits having more clearance and improvements to come.

But for those who have been waiting - here is a video of our R&D car up and running just prior to being dyno tuned. Running lovely at idle, you can hear the twin thermo fans kicking in and out and will be interested to see who notes the variation required for the NL Pajero when we had to fit this kit. Lets see who notices.

Great news for those waiting, our test car is in and being started on next week for the final fitment of the kit to an Early NL Pajero. This will mean we will finalise the fitment for all Mitsubishi Pajero / Triton and Challenger models up to 1999.

Should all be finished in under 3 weeks. Will take some photos and of course, videos etc with the car on the dyno. This particular vehicle already has a 3" exhaust, 6G75 motor swap and extractors so its all setup for the conversion.

Keep an eye out for more photos and details.

Two Major updates - due to some difficulties with our original two doner vehicles, my challenger requiring a replacement engine which i don't have time to do, and our other doner car being put on hold due to finances, we now have TWO kits available now to test fit onto vehicles.

* One Kit is specifically for a ML Triton 3.5L DBW model using our smaller MP62 direct fit kit, includes water to air inter-cooling.

* One kit is for any Mitsubishi Pajero / Challenger / Triton 3.5 / 3.8 engine excluding Mivec models with our larger Sprintex S5-335 supercharger. Includes water to air inter-cooling.

We are willing to provide discounted labor and tuning costs to test both of these on vehicles. I Cannot give a final installed price, as it may also depend upon what modifications are already on the vehicle etc.

What we can guarantee is lots and lots of power / torque with either system.

Pricing including fitting etc is going to be in the $8 - 9K range. It will come with of course, full warranty and support with free revisions to future tuning as we improve things. Additionally, once we release our tuning options for the Auto Model transmissions, if the vehicle is an Auto model there ATF ECU will be upgraded for free of charge.

We will be 2023 beginning production of the housings for all early model Non Mivec models so we expect ot have physical kits available by March if all goes well.

So finally, for those that have been waiting, here is your chance to get in early at a discounted rate (For WA Customers). This offer is open to Eastern States customers but you would have to bring your vehicle to Perth I am afraid.

Total time for the kit to fit and tune i would estimate 1 week unless we have any issues what we need to redesign but this is quite unlikely.

No time wasters please if you are genuinely interested then PM me and we can organize specifics. Hopefully this is good news for everyone and the start of some highly improved vehicles in the future.
