Tomorrow I'll be spending the morning with the wonderful Happy Wanderers Social Club in Rockingham, chatting about a topic close to my heart of Continuing the Journey on Life's Highway.

"Making space without losing the memories?"

After helping hundreds of older Western Australians and their families navigate life's transitions, one thing I've learnt is that it's rarely about the "stuff" itself. It's about the memories, the stories, and making space for whatever the next chapter holds.

We'll be sharing a few laughs, some practical tips, and hopefully reassuring everyone that rightsizing life doesn't mean losing the memories that matter most.
