Our restoration works on the beautiful timber boat Salacia has finished!

The team has completed full teak deck re-caulking and varnishing of the cabins, hull re spray, antifoul blast and re-application as well as variety of internal shipwright works.

Our team are absolutely stoked with the final result, it’s great to see this one back in the water! Stay tuned for more projects.

Look what I got for Christmas!!
Nearly 2 cubic meters of Burmese Teak and close to a cubic meter of the exceedingly rare Brazilian Mahogany in many different thicknesses. The board which I’m lying on measures 800mm in width, 30 in thickness, and spans nearly 6 meters in length. This remarkable timber had been stored in an old shipwrights’ shed for over 55 years.
