urbi Urbi is a social enterprise that is on a mission to make bicycling a first choice mode of transport Changing the way we move is more than a tagline to us.

We facilitate practical, low risk and low cost community focussed initiatives that support bicycling as a sustainable, equal and alternative mode of transport. Our initiatives create create an instant and positive travel behaviour change resulting in direct benefit for the community. It lies at the heart of urbi and is a commitment we make to our partners and communities across Australia. By chang

ing the way we move , we create healthy, active and sustainable towns and cities. We want to inspire and empower local communities to lead the way in choosing the bicycle over the car. Our goals are:
1. To raise awareness that there is an alternative to the current approach to getting people to ride instead of drive.

2. To advocate a collaborative approach that ‘activates’ a community to choosing the bike over the car.

3. To facilitate a grassroots approach to getting a community riding

4. To promote civic leadership, active citizenry, community empowerment & employment.
