📦SECURE boxes properly, it is your RESPONSIBILITY to properly secure your bbox/s.
📦PAYMENT can be made through bank transfer or cash on or before collection date. (cash: prepare the exact amount)
📦collection day EFFICIENCY make sure:
A.) BBOXES ARE READY (taped/sealed)
B.)DECLARATION FORMS
C.) PAYMENT (cash: prepare the exact amount)
D.) CLEAR THE WAY: make sure driveways, walkways, corridors are PASSABLE during collection.
📦TIME ALLOWANCE:
-collection team may arrive early or late during scheduled time.
📦SHOES: we understand the cleanliness and privacy of every home yet our team’s safety is ALSO our priority, staffs SHOES/SAFETY SHOES is a must during collection. (To maintain the cleanliness and privacy of your home, ready your bbox near entrances or garage)
📦BOX WEIGHT: again, our staffs safety is ALSO our priority, collection team CAN refuse extremely heavy boxes that are dangerous for manual handling. (Advise perth admin if boxes are too heavy for manual collection)🏗️
