National Reconciliation Week is an opportunity to reflect on how far we have come and the actions we need to take next on our reconciliation journey.

This year’s theme, All In, is a powerful reminder that reconciliation requires wholehearted commitment every day. It is not something we observe from the sidelines. It calls on each of us to step forward and take meaningful action.

Over the next two years, Arc Infrastructure employees will deliver on key commitments through our Innovate RAP. We are dedicated to playing our part in building stronger relationships and inclusive communities that recognise and value Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, histories, cultures and futures.

Because reconciliation works best when everyone is all in.

An Arc Infrastructure team joined the HBF Run for a Reason last Sunday, 24 May 2026. Our people and loved ones took part in the annual charity fitness challenge in support of Arc Principal Partner Lifeline WA. As well as the individual fundraising Arc’s 2026 HBF Run for a Reason team undertook for Lifeline WA, the business made a generous additional donation of $10,000 to support their critical services.

Last week, Arc Infrastructure was proud to announce the Goldfields Outback 2 Ocean Bike Ride 2027 as one of the successful applicants of our 2026 Community Grants Program.

The 2027 GO2O Bike Ride marks the fifth year of the unique community fundraising event in support of WA Police Legacy. The charity team road cycling relay sees participants ride around 400km overnight from Kalgoorlie to Esperance, while also bringing people together for vital welfare and support to WA Police Officers' families when they lose their loved one.

We look forward to seeing the event deliver a strong spirit of camaraderie and community connection to the regional communities we work alongside.

🚴‍♂️💙 Community spirit is what GO2O is all about, and we’re proud to give a huge shout out to our GO2O 2027🥈Silver Sponsor — Arc Infrastructure!

For the third consecutive year, Arc Infrastructure has stepped up to support the Goldfields Outback 2 Ocean Bike Ride, helping bring together riders, volunteers, support crews, local businesses and communities from the Goldfields for an incredible cause.

Their ongoing support helps GO2O continue raising vital funds and awareness for WA Police Legacy Inc., supporting WA Police families during some of life’s toughest times.

Partnerships like this show the power of community and what can be achieved when organisations get behind regional events that truly make a difference.

Thank you, Arc Infrastructure, for once again being part of the GO2O journey. 💙🚴‍♀️🌊

Strong community interest and impactful local ideas have marked the successful completion of our 2026 Community Grants Program.

This year, the program received 98 applications from metro and regional communities, with 17 organisations selected to receive a grant. The successful projects reflect the strength of grassroots initiatives focused on youth development, sport and recreation, health and wellbeing, cultural connection and social inclusion.

We congratulate all successful applicants and thank every organisation that applied for their dedication to strengthening local communities.

In the lead up to National Volunteer Week (18–24 May), we’re proud to recognise our Arc Infrastructure volunteers who supported the Deadly Sista Girlz Netball Carnival.

Led by our Principal Partner, the Waalitj Foundation, the event brought together nearly 100 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls from metro and regional WA schools to connect, compete and grow through sport. Our team’s energy and enthusiasm contributed to make the day a positive and empowering experience for everyone involved.

Thank you to our people who used their Volunteer Leave to support opportunities that strengthen communities and engage young people.

Today our business marked an important milestone in our reconciliation journey with the launch of our Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).

Our launch took place at Linear Park on Noongar land and brought together our people, partners, community representatives and cultural leaders to recognise and celebrate this next step for Arc.

We are proud of our growing partnerships with the Waalitj Foundation and the Clontarf Foundation which have supported cultural learning, Aboriginal employment, business capability development and local program delivery across the regions we operate in. We’d also like to recognise the contribution of Aboriginal businesses involved in producing our Innovate RAP, including Nani Creative and BlakLine Industries.

Today’s launch event was opened with an insightful Welcome to Country by Noongar Elder Uncle Len Yarran, followed by a cultural performance from the Goolamwiin dance group led by Helen Walley-Stack. Guests also had the opportunity to meet the artist who created our Innovate RAP artwork, Noongar Whadjuk and Ballardong artist Linda Lee Loo and enjoy catering by Bimba Foods , an Aboriginal-owned business led by emerging chef Daniel, a Badimaya, Yamatji, Whadjuk and Yued man.
