CNQ Freight Services is a family owned and operated transport company, currently seeking experienced MC solo drivers to support their growing business. The role is intrastate work, one truck, one driver into North Queensland.

We are seeking someone who:-

• Holds a current MC license with min. 2 years’ experience hauling general freight.
• Can provide a 5-year clean driving history.
• Conducts pre-starts checks on their vehicle.
• Is committed to continuous customer satisfaction.
• Displays a can-do attitude, reliable, professional, and willing to be away both during the week and weekends.
• Has knowledge of COR and holds BFM accreditation (or willing to obtain)
• Is prepared to undergo a pre-employment medical, police check and a drug and alcohol test.
• Can maintain, prepare, and complete all paperwork requirements.
• Takes pride in the equipment they are responsible for.

CNQ Freight Services is a local, family owned and operated, transport company currently seeking an experienced and hardworking Shed Hand/ Loader to join their team. Forklift licence preferred however not essential.

The role is full-time and based out of their Brisbane depot in Park Ridge.

We are seeking someone who can carry out the following duties:

• Load and unload a range of general freight, including oversized, awkward shaped and dangerous goods.
• Load and unload mezzanine floor trailers, tautliners & rigid vehicles.
• Manual handling – Including opening/closing tautliners trailers, removing gates and securing loads.
• Assist with keeping the warehouse clean and tidy.
• Work alongside operations team with incoming and outgoing paperwork, along with freight labelling.
• Follow safe operating procedures and comply with company policies and procedures.
To be successful in your application you must:

• Must have a thorough understanding of load restraint laws and be fully committed to complying with all relevant regulations and safety standards.
• Be able to demonstrate the ability to consolidate loads to maximum profitability.
• Understand load restraint compliance, be aware of trailer mass limits and have numeracy skills for correct weight distribution.
• Work as part of a hard-working, honest, reliable, and dedicated team.
• Understand responsibilities under Workplace Health & Safety Laws.
• Be physically fit and be willing to take part in a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol testing
