Hi All

We will be picking up all coles and Woolworths orders tomorrow morning.

Collection will be Wednesday afternoon (tomorrow) from 4pm - 5pm from our depot.

We appreciate everyone’s understanding with all the changes.

Woolworths customers, if you had an order in for pick up last week and you have not cancelled and received a refund, your order will be ready for pick up as per above.

Coles customers, all last weeks orders were cancelled and refunded. If you have since reordered, we will have your order ready for pick up as per above.

Please remember there are no orders this coming Saturday due to the Easter long weekend.

Coles Online customers,

All this weeks orders have been cancelled.

Slots have now reopened for delivery this Wednesday 1st of April.

You have until 10pm Sunday night to place your orders.

Pick up will be Wednesday afternoon, times to be confirmed.

We are all very aware of Narelle coming down the coast.

Unfortunately she has put a stop to our Coles and Woolworths deliveries this week.

If you have an order in this week and would like to keep it, we will pick up Wednesday and have ready for a late afternoon pick up, from 4-6pm.

Alternatively, contact coles/woolies to cancel your order and receive a full refund.

We apologise for the inconvenience, but we can’t do much about Mother Nature.

Please stay safe and we will have more info on Wednesday delivery once Narelle has passed.

Morning,

Easter long weekend is just around the corner.

We would like to advise there will be no Coles or Woolworths deliveries into Onslow that week, 3rd of April.

Our yard will be closed from

3pm Thursday 2nd April

Reopening Tuesday 7th April at 7.30 am

We will be back to regular deliveries from the Friday 10/04.

Hi All,

We will have coles and woolies pick ups as normal tomorrow morning.

I will be at the yard from 7am for you early birds, this week only.

As the weather seems to be coming in quicker than first expected, we would appreciate if we can have orders picked up as early as possible.

We feel it would benefit everyone to be home safe and sound ready to ride out this weather.

Please see dates Onslow Freight & Logistics will be closed over the Xmas break:

Wednesday 24/12 - Sunday 28/12

Reopening Monday 29/12

We will also be closed Thursday 1st January.

Woolworths and Coles deliveries will be available all the way through, except the Xmas week, pick up date being Saturday 27/12. NO ORDERS ON THIS WEEK!

We hope you all have a nice break and enjoy the time with your friends and family.

Afternoon,

To all our valued Coles customers, we would like to apologise for the mess up this morning.

As most of you already know, some customers had part of their chilled orders frozen, accidentally.

We accept full responsibility for this and would like you all to know that we will be putting new strategies in place to ensure this does not happen again.

We will not be charging a delivery fee this week for customers who were affected. I know a couple of you were charged, I have made a note of who you are and you will not be charged for your next delivery.

I ask that all affected customers please send through the total cost of all items lost due to being frozen and Onslow freight will arrange refunds.

We had a few technical issues during our Woolworths and Coles pick ups on Saturday, with our eftpos machine going down for a few minutes.

This did not affect most people, but those of you that it did, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

If you picked up your groceries during this time, please make contact with me, at your convenience, to make payment for delivery.
