We’ve been busy getting everything ready for our first truffle hunts! First up: a batch of delicious truffle butter.

We fold in 10% fresh truffle and mix until it’s beautifully smooth and consistent—perfect dolloped onto a resting steak, tossed through hot pasta, or simply spread on fresh bread. So good.

We had a small system glitch that mistakenly showed our truffle hunts as fully booked. Luckily, a lovely customer called to double-check, which helped us catch the issue quickly — and everything is now working properly again.

Phew! Fingers crossed we haven’t missed too many bookings or disappointed too many truffle lovers.
