Minimum Certificate III in Automotive or equivalent, Minimum 2 years of Diesel Motor Mechanic experience
Maintaining, testing, diagnosing, and repairing diesel truck engines, trucks' mechanical parts, and other heavy vehicles, particularly Detroit, Cat, and Cummins machinery.
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Current driver's license

Our family-owned farming enterprise situated at Oaklands in Southern NSW is in need of a farm mechanic / Operator for our extensive cropping and sheep property.
To be considered for this position you must be self-motivated, trustworthy, and have good mechanical skills. Experience required in the operation and maintenance of modern broadacre farming machinery and general farm duties. HC driver's license and Chem Cert accreditation would be an advantage
You will need to have the following:
• current driver's license
• working visa if required
• ability to work unsupervised and follow instructions
• ability to maintain machinery
• work well with others
A well-kept house on farm is available for successful applicant if required.

We are currently looking for a full-time Diesel Motor Mechanic to join our team.
Ideally you will have
Minimum Certificate III in Automotive or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of Diesel Motor Mechanic experience
Maintaining, testing and repairing diesel truck engines and the mechanical parts of trucks, and other heavy vehicles particularly Detroit, Cat and Cummins machinery's.
Performing regular maintenance services for diesel trucks and other vehicles
Detecting and diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults in engines
Repairing and replacing defective parts.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a team environment and independently
Current drivers license
Ability to carry out duties as directed with regular supervision
Demonstrated understanding OH & S procedures
