🌱 The Role
Be at the heart of the Brookton branch, helping customers, supporting the team and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly.
• Process cash and credit sales and support customer enquiries
• Provide friendly, reliable customer service and product support
• Assist with stock handling, branch presentation and general operations
• Help maintain a safe, organised and professional workplace
• Support the Branch Manager with safety, compliance and administrative requirements
• Build strong relationships with local growers and customers
• Learn about agricultural products and develop your career in agribusiness
• Work collaboratively with the Branch Manager and wider team
🚜 About You
You might come from agriculture, retail, customer service, administration, warehousing — or a completely different industry.
What matters most is that you're reliable, enjoy working with people, have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.
Agriculture experience is valued, but not essential. Forklift and/or HR licences are also beneficial, or you can be willing to obtain them.
