The Woodbridge Build-to-Rent (BTR) development in Perth’s east has reached a major milestone with ground level works now underway. 🚧🏘️

The project will deliver 56 new apartments, increasing the supply of secure long-term rentals for Western Australians.

It will include 44 affordable rentals and 12 social homes, supporting key workers and providing more people with a safe, stable place to live.

Located close to the METRONET New Midland Station, the development offers convenient access to public transport, essential services, employment opportunities, retail and community amenities.

The development is on track for completion in 2027, delivering new homes to the community as soon as possible.

The East Kimberley (Kununurra) Regional Airport runway extension is now complete! 🛬

The upgrade extended the length of the existing runway, enabling larger aircraft to land and operate at full capacity.

The redevelopment represents the biggest investment ever undertaken in a regional hospital and will see a new seven-storey clinical tower with modern surgical, maternity, intensive care and inpatient facilities, alongside improved emergency and mental health services.

When complete, Bunbury Hospital will become an integrated community healthcare hub for patients, families and clinicians.

Improvements are underway as part of the Reid Highway Interchanges Project, with major works progressing at Altone Road and Drumpellier Drive/Daviot Road. 🚗🚧

The first sections of permanent roadway are now in place, with earthworks continuing and traffic safely diverted to allow construction of new bridge supports.

Once complete, the new interchanges will improve safety, ease congestion and deliver more reliable travel for local residents, visitors and freight operators.
