Please give a big round of applause to this fantastic group of senior leaders who completed the OM Leadership Program yesterday. 👏👏👏 Designed specifically for leaders in privately owned businesses, we love that many come from OMP alumni businesses. Together with the owners, they will now be able to add tremendous value to their businesses and create a thriving work culture.

Also, a big thank you to Jo Clayton who facilitated this program.
