What started as a routine trip quickly turned into a scary situation for this customer 😳

A failed U-bolt caused the axle to shift, leading to significant damage to the trailer… Not something you ever want to experience on the road.

After a full inspection, we found the U-bolts had been over tensioned, the fish plates were bent, and the trailer was running two incompatible springs; a combination that was always going to cause issues.

The good news? She’s now back on the road, safe and fully repaired 💪

We’re putting the final touches on this Snowy River caravan, and the transformation is looking great!

While in for repairs, the owners chose to upgrade their damaged manual pull-out awning to a Carefree Altitude electric awning and the result speaks for itself!
