For passengers travelling through the Middle East this year, please note that airlines are currently offering flexible rebooking or refunds only for flights departing on or before the following dates:

✈ Qatar Airways – departures on or before 28 March26

Passengers travelling within these timeframes have already been contacted with the latest airline updates. For travel after these dates, flights remain confirmed as scheduled. Should you wish to make changes now, standard airline rebooking fees and fare conditions will apply according to your ticket terms.
If you decide to cancel any land arrangements, tours, or cruise components, the usual supplier cancellation policies will also apply.

We are closely monitoring all our affected bookings in real time and staying in regular contact with our airline partners regarding the evolving situation in the Middle East region.

We have received a number of requests for assistance from travellers who booked online or directly with airlines and are currently unable to get through to anyone, due to the current airspace closure in the Middle East.

At this time, our priority is supporting clients who have booked directly with our agency - whom we have already proactively contacted regarding the current disruptions, rebooked flights and arranged accommodation where required.

Unfortunately, we are unable to assist with bookings made through other companies or directly with airlines.

Situations like this highlight the importance of booking with a travel agent - when disruptions occur, you have a dedicated team advocating for you, without you needing to wait on hold for hours.
