**** NOW HIRING - TRANSPORT TRUCK DRIVERS ****
RTL Transport is seeking to recruit suitably experienced drivers to operate trucks and trailers within our transport division situated in Morwell Victoria.
Minimum requirements:
✅ HC Licence
✅ VicRoads printout to include last 5 years of driving history.
✅Good knowledge of load restraint procedures
✅Be Self Motivated, Trustworthy, Reliable and Honest with a strong work ethic.
✅Excellent customer service levels
✅Good verbal and written communication skills
✅Safety conscious and compliance to OHS and company procedures.
✅Basic knowledge of NHVR Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
✅Available to work at short notice, on weekends and after hours.

Applicants with the following attributes, will be highly regarded:
➡️Experience in loading and unloading light and heavy machinery.
➡️Knowledge of Latrobe Valley Power Industry and Industrial sites
➡️Experience with Tilt Trays and Float Trailers
➡️Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment.
➡️Basic mechanical and troubleshooting knowledge.
➡️EWP or plant operating tickets

Note: The shortlisted applicants will be required to undertake Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol Test, Driver Medical and Functional Assessment.

Another major movement successfully completed for our client.

In collaboration with our trusted transport partners, the RTL Transport team has successfully planned, coordinated, and executed the transport of a silo measuring 18 metres in length and 4.6 metres in diameter.

This complex movement required detailed planning and engineering, including the design and fabrication of custom vessel stands to ensure the silo could be transported safely and remain securely supported during unloading and storage at its final destination.

From route planning and load configuration through to final delivery, the project highlights the strength of teamwork, precision logistics, and expertise across all parties involved.

A big thank you to Doolan's Heavy Haulage for supplying the required transport combination and playing a key role in the successful completion of this project. It is always a pleasure working with your team.

The RTL Transport team and their children recently enjoyed an unforgettable day on the water, coming together for a fishing charter to celebrate the close of 2025 and the Christmas season. It was a wonderful opportunity to step away from daily operations and spend quality time together, sharing plenty of laughter, smiles, and memorable catches.
From our dedicated drivers and leadership team to our valued subcontractors, everyone took part in the day’s activities. It was especially rewarding to see the excitement of the kids as they reeled in their catches shearing the experience with parents and colleagues. Events like this reflect what RTL Transport stands for, we are more than a freight and logistics company, we are about people, family, and community.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone involved in making the day a success, and to the Tidemaster charter crew for delivering such a memorable experience. We look forward to 2026 and celebrating our continued achievements together on our next adventure.

On Saturday, 25th November 2025, RTL Transport proudly participated in the Looking Good Feeling Good for mental health Truck Convoy, supporting this fantastic cause and raising awareness for mental health.

RTL Transport was represented by one of our Volvo FH16 Prime Movers, towing a deck-widening trailer loaded with a purpose-built Kenworth C500 Prime Mover, accompanied by one of our certified pilot vehicles. Also featured in the convoy was a Caterpillar 730C Moxy Dump Truck cabin, mounted on a trailer for children and families to explore and enjoy throughout the day.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the RTL Transport team members who generously volunteered their time and effort to make the event a success:
