Just a quick update from me, ( Cecilia) ….I got out of rehab a week ago. I stopped at Bims, until Sunday and then he drove me home. It’s certainly been a very trying time. Learning to walk again , learning to deal with pain and medications. When to have them, what dosages, how to control the flair up pains.
This is because I ended up having 2 operations the first was a microdiscectomy on my L4:L5 followed by a back fusion on the same area, using my bone, grafted from my left hip and that of a cadaver popped into my back with pins and screws to keep in place.
So, no I haven’t been at work. I have been on large doses of heavy pain killers and basically relying on friends to help me through it all.
As I start to get better, both in my head space and body, I’d like to wish everyone a happy and safe Easter.
Let’s hope the Easter Bunny finds you all. Hoping to be back in the office by mid April, it maybe a few hours a day, I’ll just have to see how I’m feeling. I still have a long way to go. But slowly does it, I’m sure!

Here’s the man of the moment… obviously up near my desk… must mean that he’s missing me being around! 😜
I’m in rehab, doing my best to hurry up and get back to my new normal. I hope that just after Easter, I’ll be well enough to be back in the office, even if it’s for a few hours a day. In the meantime, I know Chris is there, looking after you all, with a smile on his face and the cheekiness you’ve all come to love !

B I G. Shout out to this guy.
Christos Niaros.
This man. He is holding the fort in such unbelievable circumstances. As the war explodes in the Middle East and people are wrapped up in anxiety and frustration, where is Christos?? He is living his best life. Helping and assisting and getting things done. Fixing things. Doing all possible, for the best possible solution. Timely and efficiently. With a smile. Without him our office wouldn’t exist. He has kept it running smoothly, the whole time I have been in and out of hospital over the last couple of weeks. He keeps me informed. He is one in a million. I’d be lost without him.
To all of those customers that are travelling in the next few months via the Middle East. Please don’t forget he is on your side and will do all possible to assist you.
My heartfelt thanks to this amazing man. ♥️♥️♥️💪💪💪

Amongst all this crazy chaotic world we are living in. I saw this and it brings some clarity. The UAE in particular, are showing such generosity of spirit. It. Humbles me.

Cecilia is currently in hospital having recently had a back operation.
Thank you for your patience at this time as Christos is in the office by himself. We hope to have Cecilia back in Mid March.
