I was near 50 before I ever knew that "Women In Construction" was a thing. I would love for young women to know this is an option - it's incredibly 'do-able' for women to be in this industry. Sure there are some challenges, but that is true of lots of industries. Let's get more women in this gig, it's fun, it's profitable, the friendships are genuine, you get to be outdoors, the machinery does 'most' of the hard work.
