We’re tucked away amongst warehouses, factories and trucks. No passing foot traffic. No busy shopping strip. No prime retail frontage.
For most food businesses, a location like ours would be a challenge.
Yet week after week, people drive from all corners of Melbourne to find us.
That support never goes unnoticed.
Every kilometre driven, every queue waited in and every recommendation made to family and friends is something we’re incredibly grateful for.
The reason Miksa works is actually very simple.
The food.
And the man behind it.
For over 30 years, Ismail Tosun has dedicated his life to mastering his craft. His standards are relentless, his passion is unmatched, and anyone who’s tasted his food knows exactly what we’re talking about.
In our eyes, he’s the undisputed GOAT.
