After a negative experience with an interstate moving company, we were referred to the client to reorganise their storage unit.

Heavy items had been placed on light furniture and boxes 📦, broken pieces had been hidden at the back of the storage unit, client had the wrong sized storage unit based on the mover's recommendations...not good.

Storage King in Brunswick East came to the rescue and were able to accommodate them with a couple of bigger units.

Understandably by this time the client was under extreme stress and just tired of the whole process. Luckily they had family here for support.
We always hear about these types of stories in the moving industry. Quite disappointing really.

Nonetheless, our first task was to go through the two storage units, re-stack and reorganise, find damaged furniture and goods so our client could start the insurance claims process.

After the client had purchased a property, they gave us a call and asked to do the move into their new home in stages so they could go through more of their belongings and check for more breakages...and probably rebuild trust in movers.

Long story long, we ended up doing it in three moves. Today was the final part. And most importantly the client was happy 😊 and seemed a lot more relaxed.

It's your favourite northside movers. Easy start to the week with 1 bedder move in Parkville.

Boys made light work of it despite the access. Steps to the front enterance, 3 security doors, up the elevator then a short walk to the apartment. Got there early and luckily managed to get a park out front across the street.

Our removalists got it all done in just under 4 hours. What a day for it. Summer's almost here 😄.
