Today's narrative - tell your story from the inside-out. Innovative ideas, better ways of working, delivering great customer experiences etc etc.. We have heard it many times over. The bottom line is that we are all in business to deliver on all of the above and more, ultimately achieving our business goals and realising our vision. Bring courage into your narrative and share your story honestly on the inside before your bring it to life on the outside. Keep it simple, keep it honest, earn trust and respect and your biggest asset - your people will tell your story better than you could have imagined - on the outside!

What an exhausting but fantastic day yesterday. To visit a client and feel like you've come home is just amazing. Big day capturing stories to understand the wonderful work people do to make a difference in the lives of many. Now to create the narrative that will creatively bring those stories to life..yes this is what we do at the Narrator. Now the fun begins :)
