The Bean Cartel The Bean Cartel | Origin Coffee Roasters At The Bean Cartel, we love coffee. This incredibly bold and diverse drink is the reason we survive day to day.

We provide a diverse range of meticulously blended origin roasted coffee beans. We "origin roast" then post blend. We have been acquiring small cartels across Victoria and South Australia for many years, our most recent win was the Organico Prima Cartel, which has allowed for efficient, large scale distribution. Whilst we import raw green beans from around the globe, we roast locally and are 100% Australian owned and operated.

Today we’re giving a very big shoutout to our Cartel dads - Stacy, Ash and Alan. Thank you for the early starts, the long days, the dad jokes, the life lessons, the unwavering support and everything you do for the people you love, including your Cartel family.

Fatherhood doesn’t come in just one shape. It’s found in the people who show up, guide us, back us, teach us, make us laugh and love us unconditionally.

Meet the beast behind your dangerously good coffee — our IMF 60kg commercial coffee roaster 🇮🇹☕️

This bad boy can roast up to 240kg of coffee per hour. Yep… 240 KILOS 💀

And nothing flows better than 6 x 2-tonne coffee silos keeping the green beans moving and the Cartel production line flying.

Load the coffee up and watch this baby fly 🚀

But size isn’t everything. The IMF gives our Master Roaster, Alan aka Dr Chan, serious control over airflow, temperature and roast profiles — delivering the consistency, flavour and quality we’re obsessed with, batch after batch.

Green bean ➡️ roasted bean ➡️ your morning caffeine hit.

Origin roasted. Melbourne roasted. Dangerously good. We don’t just roast coffee. We run the whole operation.
