We’re excited to share some news about the future of Colpak.

Jacob and Mason have become shareholders in the business and are now stepping into key leadership roles.

Jacob is taking on the role of Managing Director and will be looking after the day-to-day transport operations, including the fleet, drivers, scheduling and compliance.

Mason is heading up Business Development & Projects, focusing on growth, new work and future opportunities.

Both of them have grown up around the business, know the trucks, know the work, and still jump behind the wheel for heavy haulage when needed.

Col will be gradually stepping back from the day-to-day side of things, but he’s definitely not going anywhere.
He’ll still be involved with our major customers, the financial side of the business, and the overall direction of Colpak.

For our customers, suppliers and team, nothing really changes. Same trucks, same runs, same people.
This is about setting Colpak up for the future and keeping the business strong for many years to come.

We’re proud of what’s been built, grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way, and excited for this next chapter with the next generation helping lead the way.
