Complete custom fit out for this 21ft cyclone

Customer came to us for a complete overhaul and custom fit out to make it perfect for him and his family

So with a large list we got to work and finished up with one amazing boat and the the list of works are below

- Fill in all the previous gauge holes and speaker holes in the dash and side pockets

- Repair and re fill/fair outboard well and add drains to the knee supports for water to drain

- shape and mould in custom dash to suit 9” Garmin screen

- colour match and respray entire deck internally

- strip and remove all previous wiring, hardware, steering and outboard to bare hull

- shape and design custom side pockets

- supply new in house front bucket seat moulds

- modify rear lounge to have access panel in backrest

- re trim upholstery

- all new Seastar pro steering fitter

- new Yamaha supplied by Power Marine

- complete hidden stereo and 4 x 6.5” speakers under side deck to keep the interior as sleek and clean as possible

- carbon and stainless push button switch panel designed in house and made by blue bottle marine

- all new jacking plate/trim indicators and trim buttons fitted

- led wired in cupholders and led speakers

- new polished billet ski pole

- all new plumbing and wiring throughout

- new gunwale supplied and fitted

- custom carbon nose cap and end caps made to suit 25mm gunwale

- custom made seat slide fitted for ease of adjustment

- complete detail

We can do any colour in gelcoat and can get multiple different colours and patterns in carbon fibre pm us for details

One of my old boats Claptrap is back, this time with a new owner and all new transom and outboard well gelcoat along with a few extra mods and pieces coming soon - this one was both fun and stressful with us having to re create the yellow, orange, red and white stripes along the top of the transom to blend in where it was once cut out for a previous jacking plate

This involved one very late night, a lot of masking and masking plastic, 4 gelcoat colours matched in house, and a lot of patience 😅 but she is back to looking brand new 👌 can’t wait to post pics when it’s all finished off and complete
