Located in the Victorian High Country at 3 great locations - Bright, Mansfield and Mt Buller. ATC Mansfield and Bright are our year round shop for all your bicycles sales service and repairs. Mountain, Road and Rail trail bike hire is operated out of here too. ATC Mt Buller is located in the Village square offering sales, service and repairs. Select from our great range of mountain bike hire and enjoy sweet mountain bike trails in the alpine.

Workshop Wednesdays!

Let’s talk tubeless tyres!

Going tubeless is great, but don’t forget that your sealant needs a little TLC to keep you rolling smoothly.

Here’s a few tips to help keep air in your tyres:

Top up your sealant! Over time, sealant dries out, meaning it won’t be there to plug those pesky punctures when you need it most. Most sealant manufacturers recommend topping up sealant every 3-6 months.

Check your tyres regularly. Look for cuts, damage, and any signs of sealant leaking.

For bonus points: Every once in a while, deflate your tyres. Pop one side off the rim, have a little peak inside and clean out any dry sealant that has formed balls or is sticking to the tyre wall.

Check your tyre pressure. Keeping your tyres at the right pressure helps with grip, comfort, and performance.

A little maintenance now can save you a headache (and a flat tyre) out on the trails!

WORKSHOP WEDNESDAY | BRAKE FLUSH

Hard riding = hot brakes! 🔥

Over time, heat can cause fluid to degrade and contaminants/carbon deposits to build up in the hydraulic brake system, leading to that spongy, inconsistent brake feel.

Regular brake fluid flushing helps keep your brakes feeling firm, powerful and predictable when you need them most.

If your brakes are feeling spongy, it might be time for a brake bleed or fluid flush.

Keep your bike rolling — and stopping — properly with the ATC Workshop team.

Wheel build Wednesday!

Before, during and after. Wheel building is a process that we love. Transforming a hub, rim and pile of spokes into a wheel. Without them a bike is not a bike. When built correctly, it’s amazing how these individual parts can come together to create such a strong and crucial piece of the puzzle.

From choosing the right parts, spoke calculations, parts prep , lacing, dishing, to the final true and tension. We ensure that every wheel that leaves or workshop is built to withstand whatever you throw at it.
If you have a custom build in mind, drop in and see us to have a chat. Alternatively you can pick from our range of DT Swiss wheels, built in house at ATC.
