As the sowing season has either just started for some or is in the next few weeks, we know the toll it can take with the increased work load and long hours.
Take some time to read the handbook shared, to help your self, your mate and our loved ones.

In December, we launched our mental health handbook, Harvesting Change, created in collaboration with farmers and rural mental health experts.
If you haven’t had a chance to read it yet, the handbook was designed to educate on the signs of struggling mental health, raise awareness of available support services, and offer wellbeing strategies, along with tips for creating mentally healthy farm workplaces.
One of the key takeaways from Harvesting Change is understanding the mental health continuum – recognising where you and others may be on that moving scale. It’s important to check in with yourself and others, and if you spot signs you or someone you know if headed for the yellow to red end of the continuum, speak up!
There are tips for opening up, and starting important conversations in the handbook.
We have hard copies of Harvesting Change available for distribution to individuals and organisations, please reach out to the team if you would like to learn more.
