West Ribs delivers its first DIY installation foam fender kit to Woody Marine Fabrication (WMF).
10.5m Patrol vessel “Maroochy”built for Queensland Marine Parks.
West Ribs worked closely with WMF to design a foam fender to integrate with their vessel design, supplying a kit comprising of pre-cut foam fender along with outer fabric bags pre fitted with all rubbing strips. This system allows boat builders or owners around Australia and overseas to carry out their own installation, with comprehensive instructions supplied.
WMF were suitably impressed with the product, commenting on the quality and fitment. We look forward to working with them on their next patrol Rib.

This 9m jet drive Rib, built by Dongara Marine is for a private buyer. Very nice looking Rib.

Another busy week coming to an end at West Ribs. With a couple of D-foam collars being completed, red bull buoys getting running repairs in time for the Rottnest Swim and a new west Ribs Thomson tender went off to sunset charters in South Australia. 🤩
