COMPLETED PROJECT🔧

Our team have done an unreal job on this 3.5T AC trailer build, designed and finished to suit our customer’s exact needs.
This service trailer was built for onsite maintenance, testing and repair of air-conditioning systems regularly found in all earth moving equipment.

This setup features:
- SMAC 35-DG Kubota Diesel Compressor/generator (35CFM)
- Recoila AW 1218 air hose spring rewind reel
- Custom tool storage drawers and shelving
- Full site-compliant fit-out

Built in line with Queensland’s new Rover System standards and fully RPEQ engineered, this trailer is ready to go to work.

From drafting and fabrication through to blast & paint, electrical and final fit-out, all work has been completed in-house at our workshop on Connors Road, Paget.

We are Back in the Workshop Today & its Full Steam Ahead

After a well-earned break, the team is back on the tools and hitting the ground running. Here's a quick look at what's happening in the workshop this week.

• 2x service trucks underway – skeletons and floors being welded out
• Maintenance truck in prep for a chassis extension
• Toolboxes and skeletons for 2x boilermaker trucks being prepped and painted
• Our auto electricians are busy pre-wiring upcoming builds to keep everything moving

Plenty happening behind the scenes as we gear up for another big run of builds.

Our workshop team have been flat out bringing this fully custom, extra heavy-duty boilermaker truck to life. 🔧

Designed and built to handle the toughest conditions, this unit has been heavily modified and is fully RPEQ engineered to meet our customer’s exact requirements.

From initial drafting right through to fabrication, blast & paint, electrical, and final fit-out — every stage of this build was completed in-house at our workshop on Connors Road, Paget Mackay.

This Tyre Handler (Big Forklift) was supplied by the client and brought into our workshop to complete the required upgrades to ensure it is site compliant and ready for work on a BMA site.

The team carried out several modifications including:
✔ BMA compliance upgrades
✔ AHA installation
✔ Hydraulic motion lock-out system
