Accidental Marmalade | scroll for the recipe 👉

A barspoon of marmalade into the shaker, that's the move that makes this one. Add our Classic Vodka, Lillet Blanc, lemon juice, gomme and aquafaba, shake hard, and strain into a coupe. The aquafaba builds a clean foam, the marmalade brings bitter orange depth, and the Lillet Blanc keeps everything floral and balanced. Ice cube and dehydrated orange on top.

It's a proper make-at-home cocktail, but if you'd rather leave the shaking to someone else, head into Woodend Cellar & Bar and order it off the menu.

Some stockists put your bottles on the shelf and leave it at that.

The team at Holgate Brewhouse built a proper tasting program around the Cloud Distillery range: paddles running through the Whiskey Liqueurs, the gins, the vodka… poured by people who know their way around a finely crafted bev.

45mL of aged rum, 15mL of our Butterscotch Whiskey, gomme and two dashes of Angostura, with apple juice floated on top. Shake and strain into a rocks glass over ice, dehydrated apple to finish. It's the kind of cocktail that makes sense on a cold Macedon Ranges night.

Every bottle on that shelf starts in the same place.

The fruit and florals in the gins come from growers across the Macedon Ranges. Locally sourced cherries, raspberries, citrus. The mixers in the cans are made here in Woodend by master brewers, built specifically for these spirits.
